The Transom Cross Tie cleat by Taco moves dock lines up and away from outboard motors when captains tie off at the stern. The portable 15-degree cleat, which also helps protect engine cowlings, can accommodate up to ¾-inch dock lines and features a patented latch for a secure hold in standard 15⁄8-inch-diameter open-bottom gunwale rod holders.
