At this year’s boat show, Mississippi Tourism and the Mississippi Gulf Coast Billfish Classic threw a party to spotlight the exceptional tournaments and fishing opportunities in the Magnolia State. Bobby Carter is the tournament director of the Mississippi Gulf Coast Billfish Classic tournament, and he spoke with Sport Fishing’s Doug Olander about his state’s top inshore and offshore fisheries.
