Scotty has partnered with Airmar Technology to develop the Seeker Probe for downrigger fishing. It can report depth, speed and water temperature, continuously transmitting data in real time to the boat for display via the Seeker app on a Garmin, Lowrance, or Simrad MFD, as well as on a mobile device. The collaboration between Scotty and Airmar uses underwater acoustics to transmit data from the downrigger ball. The kit includes a probe, charging dock, communication hub and hydrophone. $1,475; hodgesmarine.com
