There are a number of off-the-shelf products for stowing spools of leader line. Online stores such as Boat Outfitters and Epic Marine Products offer such racks. Yet I have found an equally effective system using a drink holder and wooden base. I simply glue or screw the cylindrical drink holder to the base, throw in a few heavy sinkers, and then stack the leader spools over the holder. At some boat shows, Xtratuf Boots gives out cool drink holders fashioned from the same material as its boots, and I like to use those to build my spool racks.
