Lowrance is calling its new Hook2 fish finder/chart plotter series a trendsetter for ease of use and affordability. The units feature auto-tuning sonar, which actively corrects sonar settings for the clearest underwater view. Hook2 offers two-times wider sonar coverage with Lowrance’s new wide-angle broadband sounder and chirp sonar. SideScan and DownScan imaging are available on select models. Display sizes range from 4 to 12 inches, and most coastal models will include navigational ability and a Navionics Nav+ card. Hook2 units range in price from $99 to $1,499.
