The new VR50 is the smallest and lightest (8.9 ounces) fishing reel Van Staal has ever produced. Meant for inshore species, the spinner features waterproof drag, body and transmission; 12 bearings; and stainless steel main shaft. Available in September, expect a retail price of $489.
