Smith Optics has re-engineered its 1990s Guide’s Choice frames (top) and introduced a semirimless Captain’s Choice (above). Both styles come in four possible colors and offer several Techlite glass and ChromaPop polarized lens options. The wide temples reduce glare, and the Megol nose pads offer a secure fit. Guide’s Choice glasses cost $209 to $249, and Captain’s Choice glasses cost $219 to $249.
