Hogy says no shortcuts were taken in designing the new SI Perfect Squid. Hogy molded a 220-pound-test ball-bearing swivel into the 3- and 4-ounce nose weights for the trolling lures. The weights were specifically created to work with Hogy’s custom-colored, 9- or 12-inch UV squid skirts. The lures also feature 4X VMC siwash hooks, crimped to a 280-pound stainless-steel chain that flexes with the skirt. The lures cost $10.99 to $11.99.
