Chevy Florida TV Show Co-Host in Miss USA Pageant

Miami, FL — Brie Gabrielle, Miss Florida USA 2016 and co-host of the Emmy Award-winning TV show, Chevy Florida Insider Fishing Report, will be competing in the Miss USA Pageant on June 5th at 7 p.m. eastern time in Las Vegas, NV.

Brie has been the co-host of the Chevy Florida Insider Fishing Report (CFIFR) since 2014, working alongside saltwater fishing legend and host Captain Rick Murphy. Tailor-made for the State of Florida, CFIFR’s goal is to educate anglers on where, how and what to use while fishing. CFIFR serves its audience and sponsors by providing prevalent and timely information with a focus on conservation, rights and responsibilities of saltwater anglers.

Brie was born in Miami, spending time in Colorado, California, and West Palm Beach Florida. A lover of the outdoors, she grew up playing soccer, cross country skiing, fly fishing, hiking, kayaking and surfing just to name a few. The beach and ocean hold a special place in her heart. She began her acting career at age 14 while living in Los Angeles. She’s had guest starring roles in “Cold Case,” “Criminal Minds,” “The Riches,” “Days of Our Lives” and “My Name is Earl” as well as roles in feature films. After graduation in 2012 from Pepperdine University, Brie traveled to Europe, Australia and New Zealand before returning to Miami to pursue her acting and modeling career.

Brie is a CCA Life Member and advocate for environmental conservation. Her focus is on educating young people about the positive effects they can have on the environment. She feels it’s extremely important we learn to protect and respect the oceans, as well as, pay attention to the effects they have on climate change.
