When winter whips up wind over water, anglers need protection against the chill. Columbia's Heat Elite jackets for men and women provide thermal insulation for brisk days and cloudy skies. Cut from wind-resistant bonded fleece, the jackets also feature water-repellent properties. Women's garments come with side panels that add shape and offer breathability. Men's jackets are reinforced at the chest and shoulders; both come with underarm vents to disperse excess heat.
