To paraphrase the old saying, you're not the only fisherman in the sea. In fact, this is about fishermen who are very much in (vs. on) the sea. Check out this video - a very cool few minutes of footage that shows some other fishermen at work. I don't think they're real big on catch-and-release, though, nor respecting daily limits.
