The 6-inch, 1-ounce tail-weighted Skipper joins Phase II’s line of floating poppers designed specifically for medium-weight rods and for casting in windy conditions. Big brother to the Scooter popper (4 inches long and ¾ ounces), Skipper attracts big fish feeding at the surface. Skipper is handcrafted and carved from cedar, and is through-wired; it features a single 4/0 tail hook with hand-tied natural bucktail.
