Seems like when the bite gets hot, the leaders and hooks you made up the night before are tangled in a bird's nest. For a very easy and inexpensive way to store your leaders, wrap them around foam pipe insulation and secure them with toothpicks. The tube can be installed on a plastic coat hanger, and the hanger can be cut to slide off the foam to rapidly remove or install leaders. The system also works with those pesky sabikis.
