Take the Pledge

Warning: your wife will become nervous when she sees you buying cases of Lemon Pledge.

Although this might not qualify as a rigging technique, it sure goes a long way toward letting us spend more time out on the water. Lemon Pledge furniture polish excels in many uses around the boat. I use it to clean my Plexiglas windshield, brightwork, electronics, rods, reels and tackle. And believe it or not, I spray it on the bunks of my trailer to help the boat slide on and off easier. It just does a good job of keeping all of my equipment looking clean and sharp.
