Our method of rigging ballyhoo on circle hooks requires a bit of sewing, and we have to rig baits at regular intervals throughout the day in order to keep up with hot sailfish bites. We do our rigging while seated on a bucket in front of the bait cooler, which stays behind the fighting chair. I use rubber bands to fasten a chunk of hard, closed-cell foam to the post under the chair. This pincushion keeps rigging needles close at hand yet out of the way.
