Volvo Penta receives fourth consecutive Customer Satisfaction Award

Volvo Penta

Volvo Penta is honored to have received its fourth consecutive National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA) CSI Award for Excellence in Customer Satisfaction for the 2007 program year.  Volvo Penta was recently recognized as an award winner by the marine industry in the Sterndrive Engines category, the only award recipient in this category.

NMMA President Thomas Dammrich will present the award to Volvo Penta President Clint Moore at the Annual IBEX Industry Breakfast in Miami, FL in February 2008. The CSI awards highlight commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, as well as support of industry efforts to improve the consumer boating experience.

"Our forward-thinking, innovative propulsion solutions have proven to be very successful in delivering the kind of experience boaters want," said Moore. "Of equal importance, our dealers play a significant role in achieving customer satisfaction. Thanks to this team effort, we are proud to have received this recognition and will continue to strive for it in years to come."
