This new consumer-friendly program improves upon the Merrimack, NH-based Raymarine Service Center's warranty service, and represents a new level of commitment to Raymarine owners.  Designed to get customers back on the water faster, Rapid Care service promises the fast return of replacement product during the first year of the product's warranty.  In the event a Raymarine product requires service during Year 1 of the standard warranty period, Raymarine will provide a replacement product within two business days of receiving the product at Raymarine's repair facility in Merrimack, NH (excluding shipping time). Now Raymarine owners can enjoy worry-free boating without the inconvenience of delays and downtime caused by conventional repair services.

Raymarine recognizes that a boater's time on the water is precious, and any system down time onboard can ruin a weekend or long-term cruise.  Rapid Care Warranty Service comes standard on all Raymarine multifunction displays, monitors, digital sounder modules, instruments, autopilots, VHF radios and thermal cameras. 

Raymarine already backs all of its products with a standard 2-year limited warranty, and VHF radios with a 3-year limited warranty.  Rapid Care Warranty Replacement provides further peace of mind to boaters knowing they are covered in the unlikely event of a product failure.  Rapid Care coverage ensures their system will be quickly repaired, getting them back out on the water faster and without any worries or hassles.
