Ft. Pierce, Florida - Pursuit Boats has made its selection of dealerships which have achieved Pursuit Service Excellence Status for the 2005 Model Year.
Pursuit Service Excellence status is based on dealership performance during each model year. The award, which is commemorated by a plaque designed to be displayed in the dealership greeting or reception area, signifies to customers that the dealer has a commitment to providing exceptional service.
Several criteria are required to be met during each model year, and focuses on five key areas:
- Investment in service infrastructure
- Commitment to service training
- Commitment to low employee turnover
- Maintaining factory authorized engine service
- Dedication to customer satisfaction
