The National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA) has again awarded Grady-White Boats the CSI Award, the trade association's top recognition for customer satisfaction. This award for the 2007 program year is based on results of the association's sixth study of customer satisfaction among boat and boat engine owners. Grady-White has received the award in its category of fiberglass outboard boats in each study conducted.
The NMMA CSI program provides a tool to measure and improve consumer satisfaction, allowing manufacturers to monitor customers' boating experiences on an ongoing basis. Companies awarded achieved a benchmark score of 90% or better from boat owners who rated "overall satisfaction with boat (or engine)." NMMA employs an independent firm to survey and measure the satisfaction ratings.
Awards will be presented at the Fifth Annual IBEX Industry breakfast to be hosted at the Miami Beach Convention Center. Thom Dammrich, NMMA president, will recognize recipients for their commitment to quality and support of industry efforts to enhance recreational boating.
