Classic Angler Charity Auction Supports FishAmerica Gulf Fund

Octagon, eBay and four pro anglers have teamed up to raise money for the FishAmerica's Gulf Coast restoration efforts following the devastating and record-breaking 2005 hurricane season.

Octagon, eBay and four pro anglers have teamed up to raise money for the FishAmerica's Gulf Coast restoration efforts following the devastating and record-breaking 2005 hurricane season.
 
From January 16-26, 2006, eBay will host the "Classic Anglers Charity Auction" to raise money for the FishAmerica Gulf Fund. Davy Hite, Mike Iaconelli, Kevin VanDam and Takahiro Omori contributed several items for bid including their personal bass boats, a VIP tackle box, a day on the water with the angler, and a year of wearing a logo patch representing the highest bidder's company.
 
Interested bidders should visit www.ebay.com/classicangler <http://www.ebay.com/classicangler> ** to pre-qualify for the auction.  Pre-qualification begins today and continues through the life of the auction many times up to the last 20 minutes.
