The Captain Gary Giles All Florida Fly Fish Open benefiting The World Skin Cancer Foundation will be held October 27, 2007 in Palm Bay, Florida.
A captains' meeting will be held on Friday October 26th from 5 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. at Malabar Mo's in Palm Bay at 2850 Malabar Rd. Malabar Mo's phone number is 321-725-8374.
Fishing will run from first light on Saturday until 2 p.m. sharp. The awards ceremony will be held immediately afterwards from 2 p.m. until 4:30 p.m. at Long Doggers at 4260 Minton Road in Palm Bay.
Anglers will target tarpon, snook, redfish or trout in motorboat, canoe/kayak or shore fishing categories. Competitions will inlclude "Longest Fly Cast" and "Longest Fish." The tournament will follow a photo- release format.
