Well known billfish captain, 'Bubba' Carter, is returning to the charter business aboard the 54' Taylor Made Custom Tijereta. In recent years Capt. Bubba Carter has worked aboard private vessels with limited chartering days available. He will now be able to share his expertise in finding billfish on the famed la Guaira Bank, Venezuela, and other billfish destinations with one and all.
