A 460-pound swordfish was caught in Islamorada on Thursday, July 27th. It was the largest swordfish ever caught by a charter boat out of Bud N’ Mary’s Fishing Marina. Vinnie Iannuzzi, of Fort Meyers, fought the big fish aboard the B n' M with Captain Nick Stanczyk. It was reported that the fish bit on a large squid during the day and the fight lasted 90 minutes.
