Composite Reel Company pliers
The self-adjusting cutter and anvil are made of tungsten carbide
Jun 23, 2009

At 4 1/4 ounces, Composite Reel Company's carbon-fiber composite pliers really define "lightweight." But the 7 1/2-inch pliers also come with stainless tips, a bushing, a spring, screws and grommets. The self-adjusting cutter and anvil are made of tungsten carbide secured by stainless screws and include crimping teeth and a groove for sleeves. CRC says the pliers cut braid and stainless wire. Cost is $179.50; the pliers come with a leather sheath and lanyard. Call 303-355-0704, or visit www.compositereelco.com.
