Okuma has introduced the new Salina Bait Feeder reel, based on its popular Salina saltwater spinning-reel series. The bait feeder incorporates Okuma's new Blade Body Design, which narrows the reel frame and reduces weight and mass; it comes in four sizes (40, 55, 65, 80) to hold line from 8- to 25-pound-test. The aluminum reel features five sealed bearings and the company's Dual Force Drag and Hydro Block Sealed Drag System. Gear ratios range from 4.5:1 to 5:1; line capacities top out at 430 yards of 12-pound mono for the 65-size reel. Retail prices are $129.99 for the smaller two sizes and $139.99 for the larger two.
