Fin-Nor Powerlite Rods
Fin-Nor made the blanks by combining overlapping layers of glass and graphite to make them thin in diameter and light yet strong.
Mar 27, 2008
For anglers looking to satisfy their stand-up fishing style or tackle more offshore species, Fin-Nor has introduced the Powerlite series, including four spinning, four conventional and four stand-up models. The rods come in classes from 20- to 80-pound to fish mono or braid. Stand-ups measure 5 feet, 9 inches; spinners and conventional rods measure 7 feet long. All feature gimbal butts and Fuji or aluminum reel seats. Fin-Nor made the blanks by combining overlapping layers of glass and graphite to make them thin in diameter and light yet strong. Retail cost for spinning and conventional models is $199.95; $219.95 for stand-ups. Call 800-588-9030 or visit www.finnorfishing.com.
