Choose between Standard Horizon's three new floating handhelds, depending on need and cost. All come with 6 watts of transmitting power, and all are submersible to 3 feet for 30 minutes. But the HX760S comes with a Bluetooth headset for wireless operation (with voice activation and push-to-talk), and the HX850S includes a built-in 12-channel GPS receiver, allowing you to transmit  a DSC call with your coordinates. Time to fix (cold start) is 50 seconds, nine seconds with a hot start. A 1,150 mAh lithium-ion battery, capable of providing seven to nine or more hours of   battery life, powers all units. Retail prices include $150 for the HX750S (base model); $250 for the HX850S (with GPS); and $350 for the HX760S (with Bluetooth). Call 714-827-7600, or visit www.standardhorizon.com.
