Space is limited on many small boats, so Shakespeare Electronic Products Group developed the 5350 Skinny Mini VHF antenna. The 36-inch, 3 dB antenna features a low-profile design that allows higher mounting for better range.  A sealed, chrome-plated brass   canister houses the antenna's tin-plated copper-wire coil; the whip is made from stainless steel.
