Fusion's new compact marine-grade stereo, the MS-RA200, delivers AM, FM, VHF, weather, Sirius (via SCC1 receiver) and iPod access (when paired with Fusion's external waterproof MS-IPDOCK). The 4-channel-, 50-watt output amplifies usual VHF fish chatter and weather reports through 6- or 7-inch speakers. A USB connector allows anglers to play MP3 tracks stored on USB thumb drives or communicate through the boat's speakers with a USB wireless microphone. Add the compatible MS-IPDOCK, which integrates and fully conceals iPods and iPhones, and control all the unit's music and phone functions through the stereo interface. The stereo also features user settings that allow volume and sound quality to be controlled independently, zone by zone or in relation to one another. Housed in a die-cast body that dissipates heat, the MS-RA200 employs a bright LCD display with backlight, rubber buttons with laser-etched icons and backlighting, and a rotary volume knob. Cost is $169.99. Call 623-580-9000, or visit www.fusionelectronics.com.
