ACR Electronics' New Firefly3 Emergency Strobe

Thanks to a new lamp and lens configuration, ACR Electronics' new Firefly3 emergency strobe provides even brighter light than others in the Firefly series, beaming a Xenon flash every six seconds, visible for 3 miles. Waterproof to 200 feet, the SOLAS- and USCG-approved Firefly3 stands upright easily on a flat surface and operates on two AA batteries or two 1.5-volt lithium batteries. The unit is designed to operate continuously for a minimum of eight hours. The light measures 4.75 by 2.2 by 1.1 inches and weighs 4 ounces.
