PowerPro says its new Hollow-Ace is a next-generation hollow-core braid, combining 16 strands of Honeywell Spectra fiber for connection strength in all applications. Hollow-Ace also undergoes PowerPro's enhanced body technology process to improve abrasion resistance and strength-to-diameter ratio. The line comes in three colors, based on angler requests - white, high-vis yellow and marine blue. PowerPro designed the brighter colors so they can be more easily seen, especially at night, by long-range anglers who use hollow core for finger-trapping leaders and splicing loop-to-loop connections.
