Penn International Tantalizer

As accompaniment for its blue-water outfits, Penn now makes The Penn International Tantalizer, a 12-inch high-speed trolling lure.

The Penn name usually conjures thoughts of rods, reels and downriggers, but now the company also wants you to think "everything tackle," from A to Z. As accompaniment for its blue-water outfits, Penn now makes The Penn International Tantalizer, a 12-inch high-speed trolling lure. The bullet-shaped head pulls effectively at 7 to 10 knots on a flat line or from an outrigger. Dressed in a lime-green/silver-flake skirt, unrigged lures come with ruby-red tribeads. Rigged lures feature an 8/0 Mustad hook and 300-pound Billfisher mono, tribeads and a stainless-steel loop protector. The unrigged lure retails for $14.95; the rigged model costs $24.95. Look for more offerings, including a 6-inch lure, this spring. Call 252-247-4113, ext. 230, or visit www.pennfishingtackle.com.
