Panoptx introduces its new technology in PureTec and ColorTec lenses through a line of sunglasses made exclusively for the fisherman and boater. PureTec combines polarization with light-sensitive photochromic properties, and ColorTec lenses intensify hues and increase contrast. Both are available in nine of the company's frames - Velocity CV series' Raptor, Sirocco, Diablo and Kona, and Speed models Sprint, Zip, Rush, Dart and Streak. PureTec employs a patented NXT polymer material that allows photochromic cells to react swiftly and across a broader range, darkening in bright sun and lightening in overcast conditions. In addition, this new marine line features more water-resistant foam in the Orbital Seals and shatterproof lens material.
