Long known for marine radios, ICOM America has announced its MarineCommander navigation system, which includes a new multi­function display ($1,699.99) with processor ($2,999.99), networkable radar and fish-finder modules and a GPS receiver. The C-MAP-compatible 12.1-inch MFD (800-by-600-pixel resolution) features USB flash drive and SD card slots, and connects via data cable to three additional displays. ICOM also offers the MXF-5000 dual-frequency fish finder ($549.99), the MXR-5000R/T marine radars (4 kW dome $2,199.99; 4 kW open array $3,499.99) and the MXG-5000 12-channel GPS receiver ($219.99).
