BONNIER CORPORATION CONTEST: OFFICIAL RULES
No Purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning. You have not yet won. Odds of winning are dependant on number of entries. The sponsor of the sweepstakes is Bonnier Corporation (the "Sponsor").
Entries for this contest are only accepted online. To enter, visit http://forums.sportfishingmag.com/photos/, complete the steps to join the forum community, if you are not already a member, and upload your photos into the "Sport Fishing Photo Contest" gallery. A valid email address is required for this. There is a maximum of ten (10) entries per member. Photos submitted for consideration must have been taken by the registered forum member submitting them and cannot contain obscene or copyrighted material. Online entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized forum member at time of the entry. "Authorized forum member" is defined as the person who has completed the steps to join the Saltwater Fishing Forums community, which includes accepting the terms of use for the forum community and providing a valid email address which will be used for account verification and all contest-related communications.
The Sport Fishing editorial staff will choose the top three winning photos after submission period ends. Choice of winning photos is at the sole discretion of Sport Fishing staff and may change at any time up until an official announcement of winners (after email reply) is made. If winner is notified by e-mail, the winner must reply with all contact information requested within five (5) days from the date notification e-mail was sent, or another winner may be selected. Winner must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability within 14 days of receipt. In the event of noncompliance within 14 days, an alternate winner may be selected. Winner selection is under the supervision of Sponsor, whose decisions are final.
Employees of Sponsor and members of their immediate families & household members are not eligible. Sweepstakes subject to all federal, state and local laws and is void wherever prohibited by law. Any prize or prize notification returned to Sponsor as undeliverable may result in the awarding of the prize to an alternate winner. By acceptance of prize, winner allows use of their name, photograph or other likeness, testimonial and other biographical information for any and all purposes, including, but not limited to, advertising, trade and/or promotion on behalf of Sponsor, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Submission of entry constitutes permission for Sponsor to use entrant's submitted information for marketing and promotion purposes subject to Sponsor's privacy policies unless prohibited by law. All entries become property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

No fee to enter. You have not yet won. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Taxes on prizes are winners' responsibility. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value due to unavailability. We cannot ship prizes or redeem subscriptions outside the U.S. or Canada. Prize will only be awarded to winners that can provide a mailing address in the U.S. or Canada. Entries are ineligible if they have placed or won a photo contest in another fishing magazine or its website.
