Venture 39 First Glance

Most boats of this size boast a wider beam. Of course, most boats this size don't run as fast as this one. With triple 300-hp outboards, the Venture 39 can hit in excess of 55 mph. But you're welcome to mount quads if you choose.

Who, just a few years ago, would have imagined that today we’d be fishing a 39-foot outboard-powered boat? Not only is the Venture 39 one of the largest center consoles on the market, but its advanced technology and skilled craftsmanship make it one of the best, too.

The Venture 39 consists of vacuum-bagged PVC foam core, massive solid fiberglass stringers and bulkheads, hand-laid biaxial fiberglass with Kevlar laminate in specific areas, a high-compression ceramic-matrix cored transom, and both vinylester and isophthalic resins for durability and water impermeability. You can look under decks, hatches and gunwales and not find an unfinished surface, plus every hatch has flush-mounted, stainless-steel piano hinges.

Needless to say, multiple anglers can work the length and breadth of the Venture 39 and never interfere with each other. But the mammoth size has other advantages, as well. For example, you won’t find more storage space on any other center console. The walk-in console has a full 6 feet of headroom, and the huge top-loading, lighted anchor locker with its built-in anchor holder has enough space for hundreds of feet of anchor line.

The main, oval livewell holds 55 gallons, and four fish boxes accommodate your catch (no matter what it is) or dry storage.
