Are you sure the 1969 date is correct for number 4? Film footage of Alfred Glassell, Jr's catch was used in the movie "The Old Man and the Sea" which I think was made some time earlier than 1969.
On May 26, 1960, Jack Wagner reeled in a massive 890-pound, 8-ounce large-tooth sawfish. He caught the big fish off of Fort Amador in the Canal Zone of Panama using a bonito as bait.
