TO ENTER. This is an online contest and faxed or mailed entries will not be eligible. Once submitted, all entries become the exclusive property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Limit one entry per person.

DRAWING AND AWARDING OF PRIZES. On or about Sept. 1, 2004 a random drawing will be conducted from among all eligible entries received by the Sponsor, whose decisions will be final in all matters relating to this sweepstakes. If any prize, prize notification or attempted notification is returned as undeliverable, prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner. Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes winner's consent to use of his/her name and/or likeness without further compensation for advertising, promotional and publicity purposes by Sponsor. By participating and accepting prize, winners acknowledge compliance with these official rules.

PRIZE DETAILS. Prize consists one Mold Craft Hoo Bumper teaser combo lure. No cash equivalent or prize substitution will be offered.

ODDS. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

ELIGIBILITY. This contest is open all persons worldwide 18 years of age or older, except employees or families of World Publications (''Sponsor'') or Mold Craft. Void where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law.
 
OTHER CONDITIONS. The Sponsors reserve the right to alter any terms or conditions of this contest at any time, to not select a winner, or to cancel this contest without notice.
