The fishing has been great on the flats of Roatan this winter. Bonefishing was excellent over the holidays with beautiful weather and little traffic. The weather has been consistent with a few fronts during February and March, which cooled the water on the flats and moved fish to the deeper edges. The best flies have been JB's #4 Tasty Shrimp, both weighted and unweighted, and olive and white crab patterns.
More permit are showing up each day and the weather is fine. Stay tuned for more reports soon...
