Trinidad is ground zero for some of the world's finest tarpon fishing, and Dean's there to take part.
 
The fishing business is not all glory... sometimes the line with a blue marlin on the other end is as loud as a gunshot... and so it was here.
 
Dean takes us down to Crocodile Bay Resort for some great marlin action and a monster roosterfish.
